New Institute is a Hawaii-based non-profit organization with conservative values. Since our founding in 2018, we have trained and equipped hundreds of leaders with the tools needed to win elections and the confidence to uphold conservative values in their communities. Our passion to prepare future conservative leaders and build strong leadership coalitions within Hawaii and the Asia-Pacific region drives our organization. Along with our distinguished partners, the Leadership Institute in Washington D.C., Wallbuilders, and the Grassroot Institute of Hawaii, we strive to bring the highest level of leadership training to our region and around the world.

뉴인스티튜트코리아는 공공 혹은 민간 영역에서 보수의 이념과 가치를 진작시킬 지도자를 육성하고 지원하는 민간단체다. 다양한 영역에서 활동하는 인물들을 대상으로 보수의 이념과 가치는 물론 세계 10위권 국가로 성장한 대한민국의 발전과정을 학습시켜, 미래의 대한민국이 지금까지의 성공을 이어가며 안으로는 국민 각자가 행복하고 밖으로는 국제관계에서 중심적 역할을 수행하는 데 기여하고자 한다. 이를 위해 '뉴 인스티튜트 코리아'는 하와이에 있는 '뉴 인스티튜트'의 지사로서 미국을 비롯한 해외의 보수 단체와 교류하면서, 정책개발, 교육, 출판, 워크숍, 학술회의, 홍보 등 필요한 각종 활동을 전개한다.

The Leadership Institute (LI) is a traditional conservative educational institution that educates and trains conservatives in election campaigns, fundraising, grassroots organization, youth politics, and communications. LI offers 47 types of training programs, free job placement services, and campus leadership programs that train conservative students to protect and spread their values on campuses in all 50 states. LI has trained more than 171,000 conservative activists, students, and leaders since 1979, and hundreds of young conservatives gain political experience each year with the help of LI's educational and intern programs. LI actively supports the conservative movement and freely shares its resources with future political leaders and conservative organizations.

리더십 인스티튜트(LI)는 美 보수주의자들에게 선거 캠페인, 펀드레이징, 풀뿌리 조직, 청년 정치, 커뮤니케이션 방법 등의 훈련을 가르치는 정통 보수 교육기관입니다.

LI는 47가지 형태의 훈련 프로그램, 무료 취업 알선 서비스, 보수주의 학생들이 미국 50개주 캠퍼스에서 자신의 가치를 지키는 것은 물론 이를 확산시킬 수 있도록 훈련하는 캠퍼스 리더십 프로그램 등을 제공하고 있습니다.

LI는 1979년 창립 이래 17만 1천 명 이상의 보수주의 활동가, 학생 그리고 리더들을 훈련시켜 왔으며, 매년 수백 명의 청년 보수주의자들이 LI의 훈련과 인턴 서비스의 도움으로 정치 경험을 쌓아가고 있습니다.

한마디로 LI는 미 보수주의자들의 <정치신병훈련소>라고 말할 수 있습니다.
