KCPAC hosted a press conference at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. on September 28th, 2020, featuring four experts who presented on the fraudulent election that occurred on April 15, 2020 in South Korea, how China intervened in the South Korean general election, the downward spiral to authoritarianism by the Moon Jae-in administration, and the dangers faced by the United States from China’s interference in its own upcoming presidential election held in November of 2020.

The four experts consisted of: Former National Assemblyman of the Republic of Korea and Chair of The 4.15 Election Fraud People's Struggle Headquarters, Min Kyung Wook; Ewha Womans University Law Professor, Choi Won Mog; Journalist and Author, and President of KCPAC, Grant Newsham; and Attorney Park Joo Hyeon (participating virtually from Seoul).

These four experts laid out the case for the rigging and fraud that occurred in the April 15 general election in South Korea, from the illegal use of QR codes on early voting ballots, to over 1.1 million mail-in votes that have been found to be fraudulent, among others. Most importantly, the four also presented how China meddled and interfered with the South Korean election, and the warning signs these dangers presented to the United States as Americans prepared to vote in November 2020.

Despite the COVID-19 restrictions set in place in late 2020, there was a stellar turnout for the in-person event which was also attended by members of the media and think tanks from the Washington Times, FDD, and others.  Reports and materials documenting the fraudulent election were also handed out to the attendees.
